INVESTING IN WEDDING SERVICES

We are committed to making the most of any event, providing a service that will leave each client with peace of mind on the day of their event and unforgettable memories afterwards. Whether it's an intimate affair of twenty people or large scale of five hundred, we do it all!


Because no couple is the same, we offer multiple services to be customized to your specific needs. Whether it be full planning, partial planning, or day of coordination services our team is fully equipped to take on the job.

SOME THINGS TO EXPECT...

  • Includes one professional coordinator for weddings with 250 guests and under. Weddings over 250 guests include 2 coordinators.

  • Client meeting. This can be done in person, via FaceTime or Skype. (Whichever you choose that is most accommodating for you.) It's the perfect chance to ask any questions and determine if we'll be a good fit! 

  • In person client meeting 6-8 weeks out from your wedding date to do final walk through.

  • Liaising with vendors to create and distribute a detailed wedding day timeline including all details.

  • 10-12 hours onsite on the day of the wedding

  • Lead coordinator arrives approximately 1-2 hours before the start of the photographer.

  • Full access to items in the “Wedding Day Emergency Kit”

  • Organization and set up of ceremony 

  • Distribution of flowers to bridal party and family

  • Line-up of bridal party and family for processional

  • Cue / orchestrate wedding professionals for ceremony

  • Organization of recessional and receiving line

  • Five hours of reception coordination

  • Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception

  • Cue bride and groom, bridal party, and parents for special events

  • Deliver final payments and gratuities to wedding professionals (upon request)

  • Assist with gifts and personal items at the end of the event

  • …. and of course, so much more! 

30% retainer due at signing.

Remaining balance must be paid prior to event at the last meeting. Check, Money Order, or Credit Card only. Payments also accepted via Venmo

Guest Counts over 250 guests may incur additional charges.

Destination weddings (30+ miles from Philadelphia) may incur an additional cost.
